Subject Khan Juma Khan Practice KJK SEO Office Cork Focus Ireland
I audit websites for a living. Here is mine.
Hiring an SEO consultant means trusting someone you cannot easily verify. So this page is written the way I write a client audit: what I claim, what backs it up, and what I will not do.

Four years ago I started fixing other people's websites. I have since finished more than 150 projects, over fifty of them for businesses in Ireland, and I have learned that most SEO fails for a dull reason: nobody can explain what was done or why it should have worked.
So KJK SEO stayed small on purpose. One consultant, start to finish. You email, I answer. When something is not working, you hear it from me before you notice it yourself.

Four years, four turns in the road
01
Learning what actually moves a ranking
The first two years were small sites and unglamorous work: crawl errors, broken redirects, pages nobody could find. It teaches you quickly which tactics move a ranking and which only look impressive in a slide deck.
02
Running a team, not just a checklist
As SEO Project Manager for a B2B eCommerce brand in the United States, I owned the whole picture: technical audits, site architecture, content strategy, AI-driven optimisation, and the people delivering it.
Managing others forces you to write down your reasoning. That habit became how I report to clients.
03
Choosing local over everything else
Enterprise SEO pays well and changes little. A roofer who starts appearing in the Map Pack notices the difference within a fortnight. I moved deliberately toward local work, and toward the five trades whose buying behaviour I now know properly.
04
Ireland as the focus
More than fifty projects later, Irish businesses are where most of my week goes: roofers, dental practices, solicitors, home care providers and security firms, from Cork and Dublin out to Kerry.
Work continues with clients in the UK, the United States, Australia and New Zealand, but Ireland is the centre of it.
The verifiable part
Claims, and what stands behind them
Every figure below is checkable on a public profile or in a case study on this site. Nothing rounded up, nothing borrowed from someone else's account.
| Claim | Evidence |
|---|---|
| 4+years in search | Working continuously since 2022, across local, B2B and eCommerce sites. |
| 150+projects finished | Completed engagements, not enquiries or trials. |

| 100%job success | Upwork Job Success Score, visible on my public profile. |
| Top 3%of freelancers | Top Rated Plus on Upwork. Also on Fiverr, Legiit, PeoplePerHour and LinkedIn. |

The working order
Diagnosis first, always
Foundations before content, content before links. Skip the order and the later work has nothing to stand on.
- A real conversation
- Half an hour on Zoom. Before it, I have already read your site, your Google profile and the three competitors sitting above you.
- The audit
- Technical health, Core Web Vitals, architecture, indexation, on-page, Google Business Profile, citations, reviews and backlinks, measured against the businesses beating you.
- A written plan
- What happens, in what order, what it costs, how we will measure it. You approve it before anything starts.
- Foundations
- Technical repairs and profile work first, because nothing compounds on a broken base.
- Authority
- Service and area pages, genuine reviews, Irish citations, earned links. Slow, and the part that keeps paying after it is done.
- Report, then adjust
- Monthly, in plain English: rankings, Map Pack visibility, calls and enquiries. Then we change what needs changing.
What I take on
Five trades I know properly, and the country I cover
Knowing a sector beats learning it on your budget. These five come up often enough that I understand how their customers search before the first call.
- Roofing and trades storm-driven, urgent
- Dental practices researched for weeks
- Solicitors high value, strict rules
- Home care families deciding at night
- Security firms callouts and tenders
- Everyone else ask me
- Cork the office
- Dublin hardest market
- Limerick city and county
- Galway locals and visitors
- Waterford most winnable
- Kerry the season decides
Hold me to these

What I refuse
- Guaranteeing a number one ranking
- Bought links and private blog networks
- Paid, gated or incentivised reviews
- Town pages with the name swapped out
- Impressions presented as revenue
- Selling you something you do not need
Before you call
Questions I am asked every week
Who actually does the work?
I do. There is no account manager, no junior team and nothing passed to a third party without telling you first. The person who audits your site is the person who fixes it and writes your report.
Can we meet face to face?
Meetings run on Zoom. You get a screen share and a walk through your own site, which is more useful than sitting across a desk, and it costs you no travel.
How long before anything changes?
Technical fixes land in weeks. Map Pack movement usually shows between two and three months. Competitive searches take six to twelve. Anyone promising faster is guessing.
What does it cost?
Local SEO starts at €350 a month. Google Ads management, link building and website design are quoted per project. You see a written scope before you commit.
Do you take clients outside Ireland?
Yes, though Ireland is the focus. Ongoing work continues with clients in the UK, the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
What if it is not working?
I tell you, in the monthly report, with what I plan to change. After the first three to six months the arrangement is month to month, so leaving is never difficult.
Next step
Send me your site. I will tell you what I would fix first.
No charge and no obligation. I compare your pages and your Google profile against whoever is ranking above you, then write back in plain English. If the honest answer is that you do not need me yet, that is what you will get.
